        等静压石墨由高纯石墨压制而成。等静压石墨是国际上近50年来发展起来的新产品,与当今高科技紧密相联。作为全球制造业大国和最大的光伏产品生产国,中国一直保持巨量的等静压石墨需求。当前,随着国内光伏产业的迅猛发展,中国等静压石墨需求量逐年扩大。同期,由于中国等静压石墨生产企业技术基础薄弱,加上国外企业的技术封锁,中国等静压石墨产量和质量均未得到有效提升。2023年,中国等静压石墨需求量达1.8万吨,而同期等静压石墨产量仅为9500吨,供应缺口达8500吨。当前,中国新涉足等静压石墨业务企业普遍存在的技术储备不足及产品结构不合理等问题很难短期内得到解决。


         等静压石墨是新型石墨材料,是石墨材料中的精品,由于具有一系列优良特性,它必然会与高新技术、国防尖端技术紧密相联,成为21世纪最有价值的新材料之一。随着经济发展,静压石墨的国内国际市场容量与日俱增,发展潜力巨大。正因如此,目前国内正兴起一股等静压石墨生产热,一些以生产模压石墨为主的炭素生产企业看中这块“大蛋糕”,陆续上马等静压设备,挤身等静压石墨生产行列中来,竞争将不可避免进入白热化状态,竞争的对手包括国外同行。在激烈的市场竞争中,国内等静压石墨生产企业的立足之本和出路是:将产品升级换代,朝大规格、细结构(超细结构)、高强度、高纯度、多功能方向发展,顺应光伏产业、机械制造、核能利用各行业发展趋势,为中国国民经济的发展更好地服务。
